Race Start

Mass start chaos. First climb begins. Hope you came hungry. Mountain bikers will score 3 points per lap pedaled and 1 point per glizzy eaten. This is an open format event, pedal as many laps and eat as many dogs as you want, when you want.

Race End

No more adding points to the board after this time. The grill is off and the mustard is dry.

The wiener winners are crowned. Heartburn for the rest.

The Course

A grueling mix of technical descent and high-altitude climbs at Sky Tavern Bike Park. Each lap is about 2.5 Miles, ~600ft of elevation change, and 100% pure adrenaline. There is only one way up to the top, but multiple ways down. Choose your own adventure on the descent by riding whichever trail you prefer.

Rules

  1. 01 Teams of up to 4 mountain bike riders.
  2. 02 Helmets mandatory.
  3. 03 Pedal power only, no shuttling and no e-bikes (sorry).
  4. 04 3 Points per lap and 1 point per glizzy should be marked immediately after completion. Any trail within Sky Tavern counts for the 3 points.
  5. 05 Scoring is honor-system based. No one likes a cheater (Winner's stravas will be verified).
  6. 06 Only one hot dog served to a person at a time, please finish your dog before collecting another.
  7. 07 Have fun or get out.
